Following our discovery stage, we start to work on an action plan with defined timescales and resources.

We identify the best solution providers according to your requirements and budget.

Step 3

Presentation

The presentation stage is important and dynamic as we will discuss our progress to date and make any necessary changes before moving to the next stage.

Implementation

At this stage we engage any necessary service providers and collect all the requirement information to enable a smooth onboarding.

We manage the process on your behalf and provide regular updates as defined in the agreed profile.

Step 5

Ongoing Review

The review stage is not defined by a set timescale but by your comfort level and is ongoing and dynamic, we will however put some specific milestones in place which will enable both of us to review the progress of your plan.
